After many years of wanting to do one of these, I finally got an enamel pin designed – and no surprises, it is a Superb Blue Fairywren! Pretty happy to have these up in my shop now, and wearing them around!

I’m back in the studio after a lovely break, and ready to crank into 2015. Portraits are coming in and I thought I’d share this large one that finished off 2014… a team of great work buddies, and lots of fun to draw. May your “Year of the Goat” be filled with the things that make you happy.
I went to the Archibald a few days ago and was blown away from the portraits! Highly recommended. Now let’s just say I’m not quite thinking these are in the same league (ha!) but I thought I would share some recent portraits from my Etsy shop for lovely weddings/anniversaries/births/new houses celebrations – I’m honoured to be involved.
I got carried away googling my favourite birds – some of the tops are represented here. There are so many contenders, I’m going to have to make a few more of these prints.
I was most happy to see my custom portrait among some great Etsy work on the front page today! Thanks so much to CottonAki, who curated it.
So ace to see one of my custom portraits gracing the pages of Etsy picks… Thanks Etsy! I thought I’d share a few from the last few weeks… Check out some more here.
